ERP & supply chain consultancy · Karachi
Supply chain and ERP consulting for teams whose system and stock no longer agree
When the ERP says one thing and the warehouse says another, every decision slows down. We help manufacturers, retailers and logistics companies line up their SAP or non-SAP systems, their data and their daily processes, so planning, purchasing and reporting work from the same numbers.
Working with businesses in Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, the UK and the US.

Sound familiar?
The problems we are usually called in to fix
Stock figures nobody trusts
System quantities differ from what is on the shelf, so the team counts by hand before every large order.
An ERP people work around
The system went live, but purchasing, transfers and approvals still happen in email and spreadsheets.
Month-end that takes weeks
Purchasing, inventory and finance figures are reconciled manually because each team keeps its own version.
Reports that arrive too late
By the time a stock-out or a late supplier shows up in a report, it has already cost you a sale or a production day.
What we do
Five services, one goal: a supply chain you can run from your system
Each service can stand on its own, but they work best together. Clean data makes the ERP useful, and a sound process makes the data stay clean.

How we work
From the first call to a team that runs the system on its own
Listen and assess
We walk through your process with the people who run it and look at the data in your system.
Agree a written plan
You get the scope, priorities and effort in writing before any build work starts.
Configure and integrate
We build, connect and test with your real data and real scenarios, not demo data.
Train and hand over
Role-based training, documentation and support through go-live, then a clean handover.

Why Nexus Logix
Systems knowledge and warehouse floor knowledge in the same team
SAP and non-SAP
We work across SAP and other ERP platforms, so our advice is about what fits your business, not what we happen to sell.
Data governance from the start
Every project includes master data rules and owners. That keeps a clean system clean after we leave.
Built around your process
We design each solution around how your operation runs, rather than forcing you into a template.
Industries
Where we focus
Manufacturing
Material planning, bills of materials, production orders and raw material stock that matches the plan.
Retail
Stock across stores and warehouses, replenishment and the link between point of sale and ERP.
Logistics
Warehouse throughput, inventory accuracy across sites and visibility of inbound and outbound shipments.
