SAP and non-SAP ERP implementation for supply chain teams
An ERP only pays off when it reflects how you actually buy, store, make and ship. We implement, roll out and improve ERP systems with the supply chain at the centre: purchasing, inventory, warehouse, sales and production planning.

Signs you need this
- You are about to go live and nobody has tested the processes end to end with real data.
- Your ERP is live, but purchasing and stock control still run on spreadsheets beside it.
- You are adding a new warehouse, branch or company and need it set up in the system.
- You are replacing an older or home-grown system and need the data moved without losses.
What we do
Requirements and process mapping
We document how orders, receipts, transfers and dispatches really flow today, then agree how they should run in the system.
Supply chain module configuration
Procurement, inventory management, warehouse, sales and distribution, and production planning, set up to match your agreed processes.
Data migration
Materials, vendors, customers and opening stock are extracted, cleaned, loaded and reconciled so day one starts with figures you can trust.
Integration
Connections to the systems around your ERP, such as warehouse, transport, e-commerce and finance tools, so data is entered once.
Testing, training and go-live
Scenario-based testing with your users, role-based training, and hands-on support in the first weeks after go-live.
What you get
- Process design document for each supply chain area
- Configured and tested system
- Migrated, reconciled master and opening data
- User guides and training sessions
- Post-go-live support period
Frequently asked questions
Do you implement only SAP?
No. We work with SAP and with non-SAP ERP systems. If you have not chosen a system yet, our consulting service covers vendor-neutral ERP selection.
Can you fix an ERP that is already live?
Yes. Many projects start with a system that was implemented but never matched the process. We review it, find where people work around it and correct the configuration, data or process.
How long does an ERP implementation take?
It depends on the number of sites, modules and integrations. After a short assessment we give you a written scope and timeline before any implementation work starts.
Will our team be able to run the system after you leave?
That is the goal. Training, user guides and a handover to your key users are part of every implementation.
